Easy to work with. Great communication.

We moved from San Antonio back to Virginia Beach and needed to store our household belongings while our home was being built. Ocean Storage provided a very clean, climate-controlled facility to protect everything. Would definitely recommend Ocean Storage to anyone relocating to the Tidewater area.

The next three days I started moving into the storage unit, I notice I needed a larger unit , I talked to Sue about upgrading and with her help I upgrade to a larger unit,

Susan and Patrick really helped me out in my time of need. My wife told me Sunday, 1/19/2025, that she wanted to separate and I had to move out in a week. A previous customer had left already purchased boxes for someone else to use and they gave them to me.

Sue is awesome and always so helpful.
