Very nice storage units that fits anyone’s budget with friendly and professional staff.

I was confused about a fee that was being changed to my account and was frustrated. The associate was calm and non-confrontational which helped de-escalate the situation. I was able to get my answers without things turning ugly. The associate was very professional and polite.

The facility is always clean. Service (if needed) is quick. They have amazing hours of operation. They don’t hassle you if you forget to pay or if you are late to pay. I recently recommended my sorority to get a storage unit here because our old storage unit threatened to cut our locks & auction our stuff off even though we missed only one month! The people here at Ocean Storage are NOTHING like that! we already secured our unit! and we are so happy. Ocean Storage is very kind and the staff is amazing. Especially at the Northampton Blvd Location in VA Beach!
