I am a retired U.S. Navy, disabled veteran, on a fixed income. For various reasons, mainly health care home aid, I decided to move abroad. I have been away from the Tide Water area for more than 3 years. When I decided to move, I knew that I would need a storage area for most of my household goods so I checked out a number of storage facilities near where I lived. Ocean Storage was a new facility, and very close to my home. As soon as I visited Ocean Storage, my surch was over. I was very impressed with everything they had to offer. I have had several storage units with Ocean Storage, and I have been very satisfied with each unit. I never encountered any problems with damage to my belongings. The atmosphier contolled enviornment is excellent. I never had any problems with theft. I particularly appreciate MANAGEMENT, (SUE, I LOVE YOU). Management worked with me through several difficult times over the years when I was not avalible to come in immediatly and discuss payment increases or things of that nature. I would tell anyone looking for a GREAT STORAGE FACILITY, to go to their website and visit them in person if possible. Needless to say, if I am ever back in the Tide Water area and need a Storage Facility, I'm going straight to Ocean. Thank you for your service.
