Ocean Storage is a nice temperature control facility similar to the one that I used for years in HHI. Additionally, the facility is kept clean, although I noticed a few bugs! The lady that works the desk presently is very pleasant in comparison to previous workers.

Easy access. Easy setup. No problems.

I chose this location based off of proximity and reviews. I felt it was extremely clean and safe which was important to me. I did not visit my unit often, I belive I went twice out of the 7 months that I rented there and none of my items were ever tampered with, there were no signs of rodents or insects, and I felt comfortable bringing my items into my new space without fear of brining anything suspect into my new home.

The best, I called spoke with manager and it was heaven the rest of the way, she talk to me explained the policy and rules showed me where to find the unit and how to use security door And told.me the hours of operation. Second to none organization for sure.

Really liked the manager. She was helpful and clearly there to help not just collect money like other places I've experienced.
