I have known Ashley for many years and had the need to use units several times over the years. She has always treated me w/ respect and has tried to work around my needs at each time. With a recent divorce, she helped guide me in choosing the needs of 2 units. She also helped in my downsizing and to close one unit. I'm now at a juncture to reorganize and she helped w/ a newer unit so that I can clean and move all items for a better organization and to finally donate items I no longer need and to eventually decrease to a smaller unit and save funds in the long run. Ashley is the consummate leader and a manager who will work w/ you to work out your needs. She is also a great listener, a joy to talk w/ and if she knows you well enough, will seek your well being when you've not been into the storage office for some time. Though at times shorthanded in staffing, she does her best to accommodate each person in a timely manner. Ashley is an asset to the business and I always look forward to seeing her.

Ashley, the storage Manager was very upfront and informative. The application process was easy and the establishment coming with top notch security. I'm more than happy that we chose Ocean Storage.

I have been a long-time renter as I have experienced transitions, despite my plans to have my items completely moved out years ago, but you have always been there for me. It's just expensive! Too expensive. What also keeps me coming back is Ashley. SHE IS WONDERFUL at the Yorktown location. She offers the best of the best services! She deserves a raise!
