It was fine until Sunday when I went by to put something in the unit that I'd emptied on Saturday and found I'd been locked out. I'd paid through Monday when I was actually leaving the area. The female on the phone said she'd have the manager call me Monday. I'm still awaiting that call. Not professional, nor probably particularly legal, as I'd paid for the use I could no longer access.

I needed a storage unit due to moving, at the last minute. I found ocean storage on Google, and decided to try it out. It was super easy to get a storage unit online and pay for it online. When I went to the storage unit for the first time, staff were super helpful.
