My things were in the storage unit for 2 years. I never had a problem with rodents/ bugs. Things were a little dusty but in good condition.

The girl at the front desk was super helpful. I forgot how to spell her name so I wont butcher it here. She was terrific and really helped set everything up quickly and with 0 headaches.

The facility is aways kept clean and you never worry about anything that may cause damage to your property. We used Oceans 3 years ago when we moved to Virginia and again when we moved from Yorktown to Williamsburg. They are great! The staff is always helpful and polite.
