Ashley is wonderful. It had been a week since the first time I went in. And the moment I walked in the second she remembered my name. That’s so nice to remember your name and only met me once. She has excellent customer skills and such mannerisms. She’s the perfect example of customer relations.

While I have to say it’s a bit warmer on the third floor than I would have thought, I do love the place. Not enjoying the price hikes, but again sign of the times. However, employees are great. Very quick and efficient, ready smiles. I’m happy to recommend any of your facilities to everyone.

Clean, spacious unit. Indoor with no weird smells. Carts provided to move things which were extra appreciated with the second floor unit. Online process helped move us in on the weekend after hours. Overall experience was great.

The experience was great and the representative that greeted us was welcoming, knowledgeable and took the time to provide a tour of the available storage units and clearly explained the specials as well as term of the rental agreement and billing. Job well done!!
