Beautiful storage facility. Even with upper level units, the process of moving out goods was not as bad due to the abundance of moving carts available. Worry free storage. Very clean facility and friendly staff. Ms. Sue helped me with the lock on my facility as I left and forgot to bring one back.

The manage was very accommodating to our needs, her knowledge of all perks was great to experience

The young lady named Ashley who set up my account and explained all the services to me was amazing! However, when I went to the unit for the first time after putting the lock on, I was with movers trying to put the furniture in and my password would not work. It was Sunday July 21 so the office was closed and I had to call the after hours and I was given a code to use for the next couple of days. I have not heard from anyone letting me know if I need to get a new code or what. Ashley was amazing so I do not believe this was her fault but I’m surprised I have not heard anything about why my code did not work. It was pretty embarrassing to people there with my furniture and I was unable to get in with my code.

It was amazing. The rep who helped me made it easy and quick. Definitely will come back if I’m in need of storage.
