The RV facility is top-notch, and we were there when the flowers were all starting to bloom. The landscaping around the facility is amazing. We needed a long site to keep our trailer connected, so all in all, we were 75' long and fit without connecting. Getting in and out of the site was easy as well. We really like the proximity to the beach; it was a daily walk with the dog, amazing to watch the seals and sea lions swim around out there. We like this location a lot and will come back when we are heading to Victoria. BTW, Sydney is 10 mins away, and there is an amazing bakery downtown, so the RV site is close to all amenities.

First time being there! !!!! I would only change the site that I was able to see personally and would fit my likes better... (shade).... the men / staff were friendly and clear about directions for showers and laundry facilities and to get us to our sitesite 24!!! Have to give props for the 80 dollar cost including taxes I spent on the 1 night off i choose to relax and take off the road with proper amenities and hookups.... I am sincerely grateful for the CLEAN, FREE showers.... keep those showers clean and at no extra costs to the costumers other then the check in amounr and ill not only stop in when I am traveling through, but recommend your site amd staff to anyone I know pasainf through or traveling with a travel trailer or RV. Thank you for the experience

Free hot drinks and bbq area by cook shack. New laundry machines .. wowKudos to customer service last year .. my husband was rushed to hospital with failing pacemaker. Office checked on me daily. Helped me get taxi. Wonderful!!

The showers were clean and lots of hot water. However, the handicap shower head is too high for people with mobility issues

My site could have been a little bigger. Longer as i had to block up the front.

Internet connection

We always enjoy our stay and wish Parkridge had two more resorts on Vancouver Island besides the two existing.

Put a gardener on site. Grass and weeds are taking over everything
