Your pay-for-shower was not the way I felf welcomed. Instead of charging $1 for 5 minutes, why don't you just charge a couple of dollars for showers. It really cheapen the experience of staying at a resort. And yes, 5 minutes was enough for a shower. Thank you.

Having a Resort shuttle that goes regular to Downtown Sidney, and Butchart Gardens would be fabulous.

The site was roomy for our 36' 5th but I had to clarify which side hookups were and we did not take the original instructions given as we would have been backwards. The table was covered in rocks and large weeds that could have been easily pulled. A large thistle (2') was snipped at base by a groundsperson I asked to pull it. We did not use or go into any of the amenities (self-contained) but they appeared okay from the outside. Very accommodating with a late check-out for our ferry booking.

Site: Need to rake up the cut grass - it was piled up along edges - did not feel it safe to let our pet wander around in it - also our site had two blue flowering shrubs that were a magnet for bees - bees everywhere did not make sitting outside very enjoyable for ourselves or our pet. Fear of being stung. Electrical post very low to the ground made it very difficult to hook up our unit - once you managed to bend down and raise the cover, you could hardly see inside to see if it was a 30 or a 50 amp plug in. Also the post being that low it was hard to install our surge protector and not have it lay on the ground (not good if it is raining). It would have been nice to have cable tv as there was a hook up for it on the electrical post - no reception.

We were very impressed with your site and it was exactly what we were looking for and honestly, there’s not much to improve on because it is clean and well done and everything that a person needs

Everything great except during the last 2 days of our stay the washrooms (lower block...blue) were not cleaned for almost 48 hours.....someone drooped the ball on this one.
