This was our 2nd year coming to Oceanside. The sites are great. Unfortunately, there is a resident there that either trains dogs or foster dogs and both times we've stayed there she has monopolized the dog run for multiple hours. She has said that we couldn't go in because her dog was skittish and didn't do well with other dogs and she was busy working with her dog so we would need to come back later. In the cook house, both years, the complimentary coffee machine was out of service and this year the communal BBQS were not there. It's disappointing to see that these things are no longer available.

Everything was excellent. The only concern is the fire pit was not available

Having spent several years visiting Victoria our stay with your park have always been pleasant and comfortable. Everything works and proximity to walkways etc is great. Keep up the good work

Not that it can be changed, but we found the fresh water tap too close to the ground. It was very awkward to attach a hose to.

There are so many things that Parkbridge does right and makes our stay very enjoyable. Staff are friendly, efficient and keep the park clean. I was also impressed by how quickly the coffee machine was fixed. I like that there are recycle cans in the clubhouse and at the garbage collection site. I like the new fence around your maintenance yard. l like the improvements you have done to the beach trail, this is always a favourite of mine. One suggestion is that it is time to power wash and give a good scrub to the clubhouse floor. It looks like many people have spilled hot chocolate or coffee. The dog bark Park is fantastic. So glad to see that you are changing the speed bumps. Also it is extremely tight trying to leave your park where the cement bullard is near the office. The trees are protruding out toward the bullard. I came within - - - 1 inch - - of scraping the entire side of my motohome this time, luckily I decide to check. Is there anyway you can put something in your future budget to remove the bullard or make that area wider to leave the park in a motorhome. Once again we enjoyed our stay with our club the van Isle Explorers and have recommended your park in Saanichton and Nanaimo to other clubs. We also have a mid island rally each year and we exchange RV Park ideas with other clubs. Thanks Bev and Dennis Ross

The only issue we had was with your WIFI. Does not work well at all! Need boosters around the property.
