Moving forward it would be nice to have wifi at each site for your guests. We are staying at Bay Side and they charge 2.24 per 24 hr, per device for wifi with boosters all over their campgrounds.

It would be nice if you offered some tenting sites that had a different surface than gravel. In general, I find the Parkbridge online booking site to be very difficult to navigate. I've never successfully booked anything online. I've always had to phone to make a reservation - I've stayed at both Oceanside and Riverside.

The only suggestion I have is to put a grab bar in at least one shower or to have a handicap accessible stall.

We have used your park for many years and always happy. Our only concern this year was the WiFi situation. We have always had great connection but it was difficult this year and kept dropping off etc. If you cant supply good wifi it should not be part of the parcel as being offered.However that been said keep up the good work and have a good summer.

Jonathan was an amazing representative of your company. Very friendly and was great at follow up and answering all the questions we had. We had a great stay. Even got in a few pickle ball games.

Your wi-fi was terrible. As you don’t provide cable at the sites we would normally use the wi-fi to watch tv in the evening but because yours was so terrible we were not able to do that. Please look into upgrading or updating the wi-fi for a more complete experience.
