Online reservations: you should be able to reserve the exact site you want without a lock in fee. Moreover, there should be a "site availability chart" Check out BC parks camping, or Living Forest Camp in Nanaimo for guidance. This is THE one big beef I have with the place!

We visit several times a year. Landscaping is beautiful and well kept. A few emerald cedar trees could be added in the seasonal sites #1 thru 34 for a little privacy between sites. Leave present shrubbery in place adding a bit more.

Get rid of the code to access the bathroom, so annoying trying to remember the code to get in. I've been in many campgrounds on my many years of travel very rarely do you see this. Also showers should be included with the campground fees.

Add a basketball backboard and hoop inside the pickleball court area. The area is under used.

I did my booking by phone and it was hard for them to understand my email address. It took them two phone calls to get it right.

Loved the staff but all of them had quit by the end of our stay. Was this normal seasonal turnover? Or a problem with management?
