I would appreciate not being scheduled at the same time as another person. With only one mechanic I have had to sit there up to three hours because they were working on another clients car. Or alert me that it will be 2-3 hrs.

i had been searching for a new car for over a year and Ana is the only one that work around my schedule to present me with the Outlander. Even though I was a returning customer, with another dealership, they never offered to bring me my options. That really helped in making my decision easier and final. Even now both Ana and Nina have made an effort to stay in touch and have been helpful with my new Outlander.
