The process was quick and easy

I would appreciate not being scheduled at the same time as another person. With only one mechanic I have had to sit there up to three hours because they were working on another clients car. Or alert me that it will be 2-3 hrs.

i had been searching for a new car for over a year and Ana is the only one that work around my schedule to present me with the Outlander. Even though I was a returning customer, with another dealership, they never offered to bring me my options. That really helped in making my decision easier and final. Your team was great and very helpful. Nina is an extra, as they say the cherry on top. Ana went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with not only the vehicle but with the price and experience. She found options for me. super nice and friendly. the manager and dm were very informative and fought for me a price that i comfortable and pleased with. Nina is so bubbly and helpful which helps one not be nervous and be able to know that one will be taken care of not only professionally but as a person. Even now both Ana and Nina have made an effort to stay in touch and have been helpful with my new Outlander. Yes i would and already have told friends and family about my great experience with a Great salesman (Ana) and great store and great resource that Ms. Nina has been. :)
