Cesar the manager was also fantastic! They both worked really hard to get me out of my trade in.My only issue with the website is that it doesn’t display actual photos of the cars currently available on the lot.

I hadn’t considered buying Mitsubishi in the past. Seeing the Outlander in person, feeling the quality of the ride along with the incentives offered at the dealership, provided the best option for us.The team at Mitsubishi made our car buying experience easy and stress free. Abraham, Cesar and Nina are extremely helpful and friendly. Keith the finance manager was great and answered all of our questions.The facility looked a bit dated. The restrooms lacked a paper towel dispenser and/or hand dryer.

the waiting area, the bathroom and the service area were all top notch, very clean and well organized. if I do buy or trade in my mitsubishi outlander, that would be the place. I was very pleased with the overall experience there at Odessa Mitsubishi dealership.the gentlemen at the service center at time of arrival for appt. was very cordial, professional on look and manner. greated me and my son with importance to be there. I didn't get a name but he was a black man. the service was outstanding.
