I was taken fifteen minutes late for my appointment which I understand happens. After my cleaning I was advised the dentist would be right in. The hygienist left the room and I was sitting waiting. After 25 minutes, an assistant came in and said that the dentist wasn’t answering her and she had no idea how long it was going to be and since I was examined in September I could choose to leave. It is the first time in my over twenty years of coming to this office I felt like a number

Appointments are always punctual, very little wait time. Staff is efficient and pleasant. Clinical care is excellent.

The procedure was performed in a professional and timely manner which exceeded any previous procedures of this kind

Asian woman, did not speak loud enough and she mumbled. Disorganized with getting started with instruments and X-rays. During cleaning, didn’t put cup of water out, had to ask for it. Water jet was very messy with water getting all over my face. She kept leaning her forearms onto my head & face. Extremely rough with dental flossing, slamming floss down and hitting gums pretty hard. During cleaning process she barely touched back molars. she was polite but seemed inexperienced.

I was sitting for 20 minutes after my cleaning waiting for the dentist to look at my teeth for less than 2 minutes
