It was never communicated to me on an estimation of time to complete the repair. So I sat in the lobby Not knowing how long I would have to wait.Staff is very friendly. Waiting area was nice and clean. I also liked how they provided snacks and beverages while you are waiting. That was a nice personal touch.Very friendly staff. Corrected the problem.

Needs to feel more homier in the waiting area, and snacks and refreshments should be stocked at all timeI had to go grab the keys for my car off the salesperson's desk in order to drive it away. Then set ting the parking lot. Trying to figure things out before I leftOverall I am happy with my purchase. And I am doing the survey before my first service appointment so we'll seeWe could have been signing papers a lot earlier and had my tires changed over with all the nonsense during the morning.When I'm looking for cars I don't want to put in my information even before I found one.
