No other reason.You did very well working with my insurance and starting on top of any problems. You could make improvements by making sure there's a vehicle available for anyone that was stuck in a situation I was stuck in. I have a5 year warranty on my car and they didn't have 1 loaner car on the lot. That's ridiculous.I had my car towed there, after I had an accident. There was 3 men there and they allowed me to walk home in the pouring rain from Oakridge,Tennessee, to Cumberland Gap, Tennessee after dark by myself.They are honest.

The only thing would have made my visit better is if they would have had Mountain Dew other than that it was great seriously I have no complaintsVery friendly and still personable with me treat me like family and they got me the car that I wanted

Some one at Mitsubishi listen to some of my suggestions from the 2023 Outlander and made the changes on front cup holder placement and the center console and a few other creature comfort items were improved. Room for improvement on the tires that come stock on them. Nexen tires that came on 2023 Outlander were not very good in rain and were worthless in snow.They only last 27,000 miles before they were worn-out and needed replacement. We love the fact that we have never had any problems mechanically with any of the Mitsubishi vehicles at all except the tires and they reached the warranty mileage of 30,000 miles. Great cars and great gas mileage. We love themThey are very knowledgeable about the vehicles that they sell. We have purchased over ten vehicles including 4 brand new Mitsubishi's
