I was charged for a recall on my outlanderI was over charged and didn’t notice it until I was home I had my car aligned while it was down there for the recall, and they added the charges for the recall and on my alignment.Every time I bring my car in I am told they do not have loaner cars

N/AI had to go back because the reset button on the Oil Change was not set back. I had to go back and make sure the light didn’t go out and I had it checked twice.When asking for a car wash or services to be done to the vehicle I expect that everyone keep their promise when providing that service and I didn’t have time to go back or tell them because I had to get to work, but I’m glad you sent in this survey to give memore inputGreat staff always helpful
