The fantastic tour was everything I had hoped. The only note I have at all is to please fix the air-conditioning in the dog spa. It was incredibly hot in there, and as I potential resident with two dogs, it caught my attention.

I would like to stay this complex for a longer period of time. To me the rental cost is too high. If the rates should not be reduced in July this year, we may think alternative housing or going to smaller units within Olivean complex. I would love to stay here.

Parking is not good and paid parking is too much for the tight spaces. In addition, my breezeway constantly smells like weed and nothing is done about it.

The amenities and the property are amazing. The amenities alone are worth the cost in my opinion
