I will not be renewing my lease. Management has been horrible. Dog park is a mess - I go in every morning to clean up after tons of dogs. Parking is extremely frustrating. Not nearly enough open spaces. Community is getting a lot of trouble making tenants. I often see that that the fireplaces and gas grills have been turned on and left running. Rent is too much.

I was given a tour by Hope, she was very professional, informative, and friendly the whole time.

As a brand new resident, the property is a huge step up from my prior home. Also, there were a pair of minor maintenance wrinkles to iron out but they were addressed rapidly!

There is not enough parking for the amount of people that live here. There needs to be a better or more organized structure for parking.

We have been here since the very early stages of opening and as the condos have been filled, parking has become more and more challenging. It is really frustrating that there is not enough parking. This will be a big factor in our decision to stay.

Hope was great! She answered all of my questions and was very attentive when showing me each unit I was interested in!

The community was great, and Carla was very helpful in explaining everything and taking the time to show us what to look for. However, the currently available apartments don’t meet my needs.

Karla was freakin’ awesome and super helpful. She immediately found units that perfectly fit my extensive criteria and was able to share all the details I needed to apply right away. An excellent guide and very personable. 5 stars!

We loved the community, we loved the unit, and Hope was fantastic.

The fantastic tour was everything I had hoped. The only note I have at all is to please fix the air-conditioning in the dog spa. It was incredibly hot in there, and as I potential resident with two dogs, it caught my attention.
