I would like to stay this complex for a longer period of time. To me the rental cost is too high. If the rates should not be reduced in July this year, we may think alternative housing or going to smaller units within Olivean complex. I would love to stay here.

Parking is not good and paid parking is too much for the tight spaces. In addition, my breezeway constantly smells like weed and nothing is done about it.

The amenities and the property are amazing. The amenities alone are worth the cost in my opinion

It’s very difficult to find parking near my apartment and whenever I come back from work at a late time, I’m forced to park far away. either reduce the cost of garage or carports, enforce stricter parking rules (maybe only two cars per household?), or provide more parking options especially since the apartments at olivean aren’t full now, and this issue will probably get worse once all apartments are occupied.Aside from that. everything is fine!

They tour was great, it was very fast which was nice and we got to see a lot of different apartments and go over pricing, move in dates, see all the amenities. It was great

I left knowing everything that I needed to know about the apartment.
