Hope was great at touring the community and answering questions.

I liked the community a lot and the leasing agent was knowledgeable and super friendly. But also gave us space to view the apartment on our own so we felt super comfortable.

Great central location, very beautiful new units, fantastic staff, very posh and elegant (and brand new) clubhouse. There are probably 10+ other new apartment complexes that just went up in the area; what makes The Olivean stand out is the professionalism and integrity of the office staff.

The parking situation is abysmal. I get you want more revenue for the paid spots, but it’s mad max out there every day between 5pm and 9pm.Oh you want to go out on a Saturday? Enjoy your half mile walk.Other than that I’ve loved my experience.
