Dr. Schipper made a very stressful situation, loss of mobility due to my right foot hammertoes, into a very positive enlightening experience. Thank you for your careful explanation of treatment options.

Dr. Schipper exceeded my expectations. He was excellent; taking the time to listen and explain. He was friendly and engaging. Dr. Schipper is clearly one of the leading experts on foot and ankle problems, particularly regarding Zadek. But, he was still humble in his interaction; just a nice guy.The staff is also very friendly and respectful, while being very professional.

Front deck intake person - need to be specific what is required by the patient- insurance care , ID, copay and can these be handled simultaneously, instead of multiple trips to the front desk. Also, letting the patient know what information needs to be completed on the electronic check tablet - confidentiality info and signaturesetc. and not all of screens before you can be directed back to the waiting room. I had to ask the person to wait as there was not enough time btw being handed the iPad and asked to go back to the waiting room and then told I had to complete the signature part first before I could go back- confusing.

Would like to ask Dr Shippers to change return to work to 6/29 and emailed form to me and fax it to my employer
