Radiology was running a bit behind this morning; however, it seemed that this was due to a newer radiology tech/radiologist. She was polite & professional; just taking a few extra moments to be sure that the angles of the X-ray were what this clinic was looking for.

Dr. Schipper is amazing. He ensured that I understood my injury addressed my concerns. He recommended conservative treatment as the first option after I was told I would need surgery by another ortho. The staff were incredibly helpful. 10/10 experience!

All the staff are good; from reception, to the NPs/PAs, to the PTs, to the doctors. It is a welcoming place with your improvement in mind.The only improvement would be with the status check iPads. I wish it preloaded with my last assessment so I could modify less (unchanged) or think of it relatively to my last results. This mainly affects physical therapy check-ins.

Dr. Shipper as great and answered all of my questions and gave me direction on initiating physical therapy for my Achilles
