Fifty years ago I injured my right leg and as I got older I had to replace a hip, knee, and ankle. The last operation was an ankle replacement by Dr. Schipper. His surgery was very successful and now thanks to him, the surgical team at the surgery center in Maryland and the staff at the Anderson Clinic I have my mobility back! Every day that goes by, I am so grateful to God for Dr. Schipper and his expert staff that have made my life better!

The reason for the 9 rather than 10 on recommending to a friend is that your locations are not close to where many of my friends and I live

It’s always a pleasure to visit Anderson Orthopaedic in Lorton from the front desk all the way to Dr. Schipper. My husband and I are always very impressed with Dr. Schipper’s knowledge, confidence and his ability to help us understand the procedures he’s going to perform. I am extremely pleased with both the ankle surgery and foot surgery that he performed for me.

As s an MD, I know what a good practice is. I recommend Anderson even as retired, because it is of excellence in every way. The only real problem is having to wait too long to start PT when it is recommended. I also think the staff needs to be coaching about how to finesse the PT schedule to accommodate more patients in a timely manner. Guess that's what happens when you're so good!

Thanks to Dr. Shipper and Anderson Orthopedic Clinic I am able to walk with little to no pain. I cannot stop telling everyone about my experience with this Clinic.
