For the doctor to slow down when explaining things.For business management- ANSWER THE PHONE!!! I have not yet been able to book physical therapy appointment, nobody answers that phone!!I requested DMV form to get disability signed to be completed. It was signed and I didn’t noticed that license details were left empty. I went to DMV and was sent back because the form was not completed.

Entire Staff was very friendly & efficient.Appreciated Dr. Schipper keeping me aware of how soon he would be with me and apologizing for a small delay. Did have trouble scheduling a 2-week followup appointment, yet couldn't schedule a second followup.Also wish my pending surgery could be done somewhere in Northern VA vs. MD.Thanks!
