Dr. Schiffer, Joe, the entire team is exceptional. Joe always has a smile and friendly attitude. I had 3 prior surgeries different doctors and needed a 4th. Met Dr. Schiffer, saved the best for last! He’s is compassionate, listens, empathetic and solved the problem of continued issues of prior rt foot bunionechtomy surgeries causing pain. Wish he was the first. It’s been a journey and I finally found the perfect Dr. I highly recommend Dr. Schiffer and his team for bunion surgery to get it right the first time.

Every aspect of the visit was handled very professionally. Everyone had great interpersonal skills and were very friendly. I wish I’d went here initially. We live and we learn.

I love Dr. Shipper and the back staff. However, I was sent to collections twice without any notice from the front desk about a balance, never received a bill. I only found out because I tried to make a follow up appointment by phone and that’s when i was told that I couldn’t make an appt due to my account being sent to collections. I was appalled. I paid the bill and things got worse. I came in for my appt and this time, the front desk takes my payment and allows me to make a payment on my another balance. Joe went to make another follow up for me and he informs me that my account is in pre collections and therefore, he couldn’t make my appt. I just want to know why the front desk is not communicating properly about this and why I am not receiving a bill. I was never so turned off again with the folks at the front office. They really need to get it together.
