Dr. Schipper was personal and had my best interest in mind. Listend to my concern and had a 3 step personal recovery process for me, at the end of my visit. Best Dr. experience for me. Surgery last step instead of first solution. Dr. Schipper cares about his patients. Thank you very much.

Check in staff in the office were very helpful and friendly. The links texted for check in and patient forms did not work (the link page had a header but said “error”). Then the tablet to complete forms in the office timed out when I paused for an X-ray and wouldn’t let me back in to complete them. And one of the questions used a word that most non medical personnel would not know - “ipsilateral” (need to think about communicating with target audience and the reading level of the general public when creating forms) All the staff were wonderful - competent, friendly and helpful, easy to interact with. So glad the scheduling staff connected me with Dr Schipper when I called for a consultation, he is amazing!

Dr. Oliver Schipper has an excellent bedside manner and is an excellent surgeon! He took a lot of time with my daughter pre-surgery by answering questions and going over her X-rays more than once before surgery. She had great results with the surgery and we will have Dr Schipper do surgery on the other foot.

Wait time was over 45 minutes before a staff member informed of a delay. An earlier response would have been the polite way to handle that situation.

Dr. Schipper is always such a delight and his smile will definitely put you at ease. His staff is also the best and always so friendly.
