Great visit with all bells ringing. Got in right away, X-rays went smoothly, Dr. Schipper was available with little to no wait and he was very helpful and thorough.

I was thoroughly pleased with my experience at Anderson Clinic. Dr. Schipper and team explained the procedure step by step, proactively prepared me for the procedure mentally and physically and everything they told me regarding expectations was on point. I struggled for 3 years on and off with chronic plantar Fasciatis and the procedure Dr. Schipper performed gave me my life back. I am active again and no longer in pain. I am so grateful to the Dr. and his team. Thank you thank you.

Martelle Blaine was exceptional. She answer all of my questions and even followed-up after the appointment.

The recommended calcaneal Zadek osteotomy will require further research and consideration on my part. There are a number of external considerations including physical restrictions and home barriers, recovery time, lack of assistance during recovery, and competing health demands. In addition, a semi-independent adult son with developmental disabilities requires oversight and some assistance from me on a regular basis. The context in which I was asked if I knew the difference between a podiatrist and a board certified orthopedic foot and ankle surgeon could have been construed as unnecessarily condescending. I was at this office to receive a second opinion per the podiatrist’s advice following an MRI, and it’s is not uncommon for a patient to begin with a podiatrist for foot pain, since non-invasive interventions are always tried first. I was disappointed in the quality of the post-visit narrative that I accessed through the patient portal. An entire paragraph was repeated, and an irrelevant reference to pediatric dosing included. I would like these notes to be revised to include more substance from the doctor-patient encounter, in addition to the boilerplate information which was already covered by my podiatrist much earlier. Please advise when ready. Thank you.

I would give 5 stars but the woman who was helping me with the medical equipment was sick. She was wearing a mask but that didn’t keep the smell of her cough drop off of me as she was showing me how to use the footwear. Really hoping I don’t get sick. I understand you need people in the office, but it shouldn’t be at the cost of exposing patients to whatever illness an employee might have.

I have been coming for many years for osteoarthritis and have been very pleased with all the surgeries I have had.
