I have always experienced wonderful care from you office. The only complaint I have this time is a big one. When I went to pick up my medications from Safeway in Port Townsend, the order was incomplete. The attendant at Safeway called Don's Pharmacy & the order was there. I told your front desk person to send meds to Safeway. My friend was with me & heard me say this. My friend was also there later on when I confirmed on the phone the meds to be sent to Safeway. Two different times I told your staff where to send the meds. It was very uncomfortable for me to have to wait (in pain) in line @ Safeway while they tried to correct the problem.

This place was really amazing, they took great care of me. I was extremely nervous going in but they made me feel comfortable and relaxed. After care was great they communicated with me to check on me after. Thank you for all you do.

Excellent service all around.
