I have been waiting on a call for missing items for a week. I have called for the past two day and spoke with supervisors, Krystal with customer service was very rude. I have been ordering with Omni for 7 years constantly but this will be my last year.

Got my poms colors wrong and won’t let me make a return

Order arrived quickly. My daughter loved her new cheer shoes. Said they are super comfortable, didn’t need to be broke in and had great sole support compared to other cheer shoes she has worn in the past. Very happy with our purchase!

I am still awaiting a pom pom that was ordered on August 3rd, and there have been no updates on when it will be shipped. I placed an order for one maroon pom and one silver pom. The silver pom finally arrived about a week ago, and I am still awaiting the maroon one. Both were ordered on 8/3.
