I am a new cheer coach and needed to order new pompoms. I contacted an Omni representative and she helped me set up a new account and get the poms ordered quickly and with no issues.

I called and did an order for 15 girls and out all of them. I have to return 3 garments. I really appreciate the rep that helped me she was great.

This company has been so helpful and patient with me. This was my first time doing the ordering and they helped me all along the way- making sure my kids all got a great outfit, as quickly as possible. We will definitely be using them again. And now with all I have learned this time, it will be smoother and better! Very great attentive help- would recommend.
