sizing is off, the band at the bottom of the top i got is very tight and i had to go through amazon to buy the next size up

We have not received them as of yet. Tracking info showed them transferred from UPS to USPS and now they've been sitting at a site for over 5 days. My daughter needed these shoes for tomorrow. I don't understand why it's taking so long to get them.

Order like a size to two sizes up. This midriff runs small and is tight around the elbows

I have been ordering from Omni Cheer for years and have never experienced anything like this past order. The delivery of the order was a nightmare. The assistance with following up was even worse and lacked empathy, understanding for time constraints and a complete embarrassment for as a coach and customer. I was without my package for an extra 6 days. I'll be thinking twice before placing another order with Omni, which is crazy because this has always been my go to company for all my cheer needs.

The communication and turn around time is fabulous! However, I am very disappointed that the uniforms I have were a NEW product last year and this year they are ALREADY being discontinued.
