I placed my order, and a week later I hadn't received it. I called, and the order was never processed through the system. I was on the phone for an hour to get it placed. I received my order, and there are incorrect items in it. I called back, and they took my name and number and said someone would call me back. I'm still waiting, and I have our first game in 13 days.

Shipping was timely, but sizing does not match with what was listed online.

Easy ordering, fast shipping

It’s easy to shop, however when I place my original order I had an issue and called within 10 mins of placing the order (I had to change the color I ordered if the top) and the representative basically told me there is nothing he could do to for me, I would have to pay to return the item when I received it and pay for shipping for the new item as well. I asked if there were any discounts to help with the cost and he said no. So now I have both tops. Hopefully I can use one in the future.
