Omni Cheer is a company I feel that I will never order from again due to the ordering process there isn't a way to cancel an order without calling in to customer service. Calling in to customer support they tell you order is shipped out and your responsible for shipping and returning costs if you don't want item . Just all around flake

It is frustrating and disappointing that the shoes are known to be sized wrong. Our squad and the Omni customer service agent had confirmed that the sizes are small. The solution is to buy the sizing tool, instead of working to improve the design or size designation.
