It took six to seven weeks to get this ordered. Part of the problem was the tax-exempt status for our school. I talked with 4 different people, most of whom did not speak good English. I was so frustrated but didn't want to give up for the sake of my cheerleaders. One man told me there were two accounts: one in my name and another in the school's name. I asked him to please combine the two since my order WAS the school's order. I was told to call another department. It was one of the most frustrating experiences I've had since taking this job in June.
