Shipping was timely, but sizing does not match with what was listed online.

The entire experience from searching for items to calling in for an invoice to finalize order to communicating with the customization team. I really appreciate the support and great customer service

Easy ordering, fast shipping

It’s easy to shop, however when I place my original order I had an issue and called within 10 mins of placing the order (I had to change the color I ordered if the top) and the representative basically told me there is nothing he could do to for me, I would have to pay to return the item when I received it and pay for shipping for the new item as well. I asked if there were any discounts to help with the cost and he said no. So now I have both tops. Hopefully I can use one in the future.

Omni Cheer is a company I feel that I will never order from again due to the ordering process there isn't a way to cancel an order without calling in to customer service. Calling in to customer support they tell you order is shipped out and your responsible for shipping and returning costs if you don't want item . Just all around flake
