I paid for two pow-pows and only receive one and my granddaughter had to borrow an extra one from a classmate ,can I please receive the other pom-pom thank you.

I ordered 2 different holographic pom pomsAnd it did not say one of the colors would be on back order for a month. I didn’t know until I had to call and them I was told I should have received my tracking in my email which I didn’t and then I ended up having to choose a different color Pom Pom because of course I do not want my cheerleaders cheering with just 1 Pom Pom. Definitely had a big inconvenience and had to go buy more Pom Poms until the other one comes in from Omni. So here I was out of extra money. I love the Gold holographic Poms Poms though they are very cute and shiny. My girls loved them

I ordered a bodysuit and it got lost in the mail. I emailed customer service for a refund and never heard back.

I have been ordering from Omni for years and this has been the most stressful experience I have ever had!! I usually just pay using my credit card, but now I have to use a purchase order and don't like the process. It took me a whole month to get my merchandise. I love the quality and price, but I will be shopping elsewhere until that process improves.

I have never experienced such terrible customer service. I ordered one black pom-pom and one red pom-pom for my daughter, but only received the red one. When I contacted customer service about the missing black pom-pom, the representative spoke to me as if I couldn’t understand that it was on backorder, even though the website never showed it as backordered when I placed the order.I wasn’t demanding anything unreasonable. I simply wanted an explanation and a solution for an item I ordered but never received. Instead, I was treated disrespectfully and left without any help. I will not shop with this company again.
