Overall quality has been great. Just was frustrated when I did not get the sizes I ordered because of being on backorder and then had to pay for alterations on top of a hefty delivery fee. Then still did not get to wear for our parade because of the alterations that needed to be made.

I am absolutely stunned at the lack of compassion the customer service representative, Juan, had about my order. I placed two orders within the same week totaling $2477.79. $466 of that expense was for shipping because we needed our uniforms FAST. Why else would you pay $466 on shipping alone? We did not receive our order "overnight" or within 1-2 business days. When I called to figure out what had happened, I was told that if I scrolled all the way down to the bottom of the webpage and clicked on shipping, a pop-up window would come up explaining that I needed to allow 1-2 days for processing. Wow! That information would have been really helpful to know on the page where I chose to spend $395 on OVERNIGHT shipping. I shouldn't have to hunt for all of the details before making the choice that fits my needs. Juan didn't do anything to rectify the situation. This business needs to update its website instead of misleading customers. We will not be using Omni Cheer for any of our cheerleading uniforms again, and neither will several other metro Atlanta schools.
