The online design features are simple to use. Omni customer service was excellent to work with. I had an issue with our uniforms (my fault) and they went out of their way to make them work for my squad.

Placed a large order for my cheer team....had to place it 3 times (and each phone call was at least a hour) as issues kept coming up. Finally on the 3rd call the rep was able to fix the problem and place my order. Not only that, she reminded me of the large order discount (which the other two reps had not), saving my team over $300.00 and she was able to get the 'no sales tax' attached to my school account, so now I do not have to call in an order, but can do so online. I have used Omni for many year and the quality is always great, shipping is fairly fast and this time the customer service was a bit iffy, but in the end it turned out great!
