Ordering was easy. I do feel like the sizing on the size chart were off. I immediately had to go get my daughter’s stuff hemmed because she was swimming in it. But her measurements were almost exactly the size I ordered on the size chart. Return or exchange is not worth the hassle by having to pay for shipping and a restocking fee.

My rep was so very helpful in getting me set up correctly and starting the process of tax exemption. We needed the uniform ASAP and she was able to help me out straight away with little to no delay/frustration.

I needed red cheer shorts for my daughter and they come right on time.

Website was easy to use. Shipping was bad. First told it would arrive 9/7. Then received a message it was arriving a day early on 9/6. Anxiously awaiting its arrival all day as practice was the next day. At 9 p.m. it stated it would be delivered 9/7. Kept a lookout but nothing. Website had said 9/6 by 7 p.m. Then 9/7 by 7 p.m. After that, it kept saying delivery estimate would posted soon. Finally chatted with UPS and was given an estimated date of 9/11 by the post office. Luckily it came that day along with the rest of the order that had shipped after the first shipment. Then decided to try a larger size on the bottom piece but no youth large available in either option the school requested!!!! The bow has been discontinued too. Very frustrating!!!
