While the ordering online was fine, the sizing guide for the skirt was very off for my daughter. We bought multiple items and the only thing that seemed to not fit according to the sizing guide or when she tried it on was the cheer skirt. In my opinion, this company needs a better exchange policy when an item which has not been used does not fit in another size/color might be needed. The hassle of returning and then re-buying is really annoying and adds to the inconvenience.

Experience from start to finish was smooth and had great customer service. The original size I ordered was too small so I had to order another pair and send back the small ones. The only downfall is that you have to rebuy the item upfront. They won’t just do an exchange, but they do reimburse you once they receive the item you sent back and return doesn’t take too long. I had it all in an done within 2 weeks with having to get another size.
