Your no exchange policy is garbage. I had to spend a ridiculous amount on shipping. Orders over $50 should have free shipping.

I put in an order on June 11 for a one day delivery I paid $28 more or $32 more. I think it was and here I am still waiting for my delivery. I believe that I should be reimbursed the $32.
