Excellent experience. I accidentally ordered the wrong size skirt. They made the exchange super easy & covered the shipping of the new item. Great customer service!

Overall the ordering and receiving is great. I only dislike the exhcange return policy. You have an option but I think once the items have been scanned upon received you should be able to do the exchange without paying for what you need and having to wait for a refund.
