I ordered two of the same tops in different sizes but when they showed up, they were two different colors.

I am giving three stars because eventually you were able to get me a quicker return. But when I say that the process of ordering has been frustrating, its a huge understatment. I initially submitted my order after chatting with a rep. for 2 hours. Then after submitting, I was then asked to read them each size for him to input them. Seemed like he could have easily done that with out me but simply helped in that input. Then was asked to approve the design, then asked another 2 times. The order should have been submitted way before that but always seemed to be something holding me back from actually getting that submitted. I guess the other frustrating part is that is that when I would call or return a call I had a hard time understanding the people that answered the phone due to their accents and speed of talk. I dont know that I will use this company again.

Spent $26 on shipping to receive and then return and no option for an exchange. Absolutely ridiculous. Will find other cheer places to shop in the future.

The only negative was that we could not get the tax exempt status on our online account (although it is on our main account). Due to this, our last order had to be phoned in, which ended up taking several phone calls. It wouldn't be a big deal except that now the order doesn't show up on our order history.

I was so impressed with our representative Julius. He was so helpful during the ordering process and was able to answer ALL of my questions. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to plan our team's new uniforms very quickly. I ordered a fit kit to be able to size all of our students and it helped so much!
