We are ordering 21jackets for our middle school cheer team. It was a bit confusing at the beginning because we were not initially able to order. Several families got a message that said the item was not deliverable. We reached out for support and communicated information; I believe most families were able to make the purchase easily after that. The shipping is a little steep, in my opinion, but we are excited to have new jackets. Thank you!

High quality jackets I just wished there was a way to customize it the way I liked. The customization options are very limited. So, I have to send my jackets to someone else to be customized.

The product itself was way too small and sizing was not accurate per the size chart. My daughter couldn't wear this and it'll cost me too much to send back.
