Was extremely excited to originally move into Cardinal Way but quickly realized the state of the facilities were not worth the cost. Never felt like a home community more a party environment - not just on deck floor which would be expected. Room and building appeared and felt run downed which caused the rate too excessive for return. Overall, felt more like a money grab than a home.
