I did not look at any other apartments and didn't need to after walking into One Cardinal Way. It was the first place I went and the last. The decision was very easy for me. I was considering checking out SOHO but it had a bunch of bad reviews that were really recent and you could tell the tenants were sincerely upset. Basically it sounded unsafe, and having 2 kids of my own it didn't sound very family friendly. One Cardinal Way has made my kids and I feel safe and welcomed.
