Updated features, layout, closet space, amenities.

We were planning to upgrade to a 2 bedroom , but they wouldn’t allow us to reserve one until our first six months was up. We didn’t want to have to wait and see if something was available when our lease was up and then be in a problematic situation if something wasn’t available. We were ready to put down a deposit and move to the 2 bedroom after our lease was up, but they wouldn’t allow us to even reserve one until after our first lease expired.

Access to groceries like cat food and litter but just for people.
