My move-in experience has been very positive. Gladys was incredibly helpful throughout the process and made everything feel easy and stress-free. The staff I’ve met so far have all been professional, kind, and welcoming, which made settling into my new home a really smooth transition.

Gladys from leasing and Scott from the front desk are standouts for making this experience better than it was.Honestly, there were tons of issues for a never-lived-in apartment that were shocking. While I am thankful for Gladys and the maintenance team’s hard work to fix pretty much everything within a couple of days, I don’t think anyone expects to pay to move into a penthouse and have to make more than 5 maintenance requests to have so many different things addressed.

Getting the door open was a little tricky with the problems with the lock and we still don’t have it working with our original code but it was all handled quickly and professionally.

The leasing team was amazing! Gladys is very professional and a pleasure to deal with. The online rental application was excruciating. The platform does not run efficiently and at some point it actually blocked my husband’s email address which made finishing the process incredibly difficult. The leasing team was quick to troubleshoot and creative with different methods to complete the process. Overall, our whole experience was an absolute pleasure! We would recommend maybe one or two more carts that new residents could use. There were none available so we ended up carrying everything bit by bit. Great opportunity for exercise for sure! But other potential new tenants may not be able to do that.

The whole experience went smoothly. I especially want to appreciate Karina for making this transition smoothly. Jackson and Eric for the little fixes needed to make our home complete. This is a dream!

My overall satisfaction was great. However, please make sure the move-in docking elevator is not blocked during a reserved time. There was a black SUV that was stationed in front of the move-in elevator during my reserved time. It made it difficult for my moving truck to fit in the docking station.

I moved from out of state sight unseen so I'm likely the most difficult category of customer. The rental application was incredibly burdensome for someone who travels constantly and doesn't always have access to stable, reliable internet and doesn't have their life documents at their fingertips at all times -- it was essentially as burdensome as a mortgage application. I would have preferred to do the credit check and background check up front so there was a trust factor before having to submit everything at once.

Overall, it has been a great move in process - which we are very greatful for. Everyone has been helpful in all areas, and we are loving the amentities.One area of feedback: I am noticing that some residents are leaving trash in the trash chute room. I do fear this may become a slippery slope, as 2 bags left (which is easy to throw in while I throw mine out), has turned into 10 bags over some days. Not sure if this is a scenario where "the chute is in use from a floor above (red)" so people assume it is not working, or just bad timing.
